The incumbent Chairman of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarding (NAGAFF), Tin-Can Island, Chief Azubike Ekweozor, in an interview session with the journalists, said his achievements as chairman ofvthe chapter speaks for itself and stressed the need for him to be re-elected to enable him consolidate his outlined policies in lime with the socio-economic situations in the country presently.

Chief Ekweozor, noted that the cordial relationship with the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has helped in actualizing the monthly financial target of the Tin-can Island Command.
He posited that chapter, under his leadership working closely with Customs, have been able to sanitize, bring peace and orderliness to Tin-Can port.
He further pointed out that the collaboration as brought about effective and efficient results at the port. He appreciated the mutual understanding his administration is enjoying with the Customs, as it has benefited NAGAFF members in the chapter through technical training by the customs.
Chief Azubike, vowed to take NAGAFF to the next level, as he seeks for a second term in the forthcoming election as the Chairman. This will enable him to complete all the on-going projects at the Tin can inland Port. He promised to increase his efforts in revenue collection if the need arises, for the Customs to meet up with their required targets. He pointed out that other essential projects that he desired to focus on if re-elected are, capacity-building project, building of a befitting secretariat for accessibility and the completion of other projects he has started in the past four years.
The chairman pointed out that the challenge so far is the issue of road accessibility by the truck drivers, which has decreased in the inflow of goods as some trucks prefer Port Harcourt port instead of Lagos port, which causes him deficit due to the demurrage he pays.
Ekweozor gave kudos to the electora l boards for their transparent and credible electoral activities so far,
