Nigeria International Maritime Summit Commences Tomorrow

Harboursandport.com: Lagos - As the Nigeria International Maritime Summit commences tomorrow, Tuesday, 5th of October 2021, experts will examine Nigeria as a potential hub for maritime trade in West and Central Africa. 



The discourse will double-down on the major components of a robust maritime economy, promote areas of competitive advantage and identify strategic decisions and investments required for commercial success.

Her Excellency, Dr. Amani Abou-Zeid, Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy, African Union Commission will deliver the Keynote Address at the Opening Session with other Speakers including Mr. Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation; and  Commander Tsietsi Mokhele (Immediate Past CEO, South African Maritime Safety Authority). 

Others include session chair; Mrs. Mfon Ekong Usoro, Managing Partner, Paul Usoro & Co; Binyah Kesselly (Immediate Past Commissioner and CEO, Liberia Maritime Authority) and Raymond Temisan Omatseye, former Director-General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
