decisions and investments required for commercial success.
Her Excellency, Dr. Amani Abou-Zeid, Commissioner
for Infrastructure and Energy, African Union Commission will deliver the
Keynote Address at the Opening Session with other Speakers including Mr. Boss
Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation; and Commander
Tsietsi Mokhele (Immediate Past CEO, South African Maritime Safety Authority).
Others include session chair; Mrs. Mfon Ekong Usoro, Managing Partner, Paul
Usoro & Co; Binyah Kesselly (Immediate Past Commissioner and CEO, Liberia
Maritime Authority) and Raymond Temisan Omatseye, former Director-General of
Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
