The Maritime Reporters’ Association of Nigeria (MARAN) has commiserated with Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, the Chairman of SIFAX Group, over the sudden death of his twin brother, Mr. Kehinde Afolabi, over last weekend.
In a condolence letter signed by the Chairman of the Association, Mr Gboyega Oni condoles with Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, who is the Patron of MARAN. Oni described the death as a rude shock and prayed to God to rest the soul of the deceased and give Dr. Afolabi and the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
In statement read: “The death of your twin brother, Mr. Kehinde Afolabi, over the weekend came to us members of the Maritime Reporters’ Association of Nigeria as a rude shock as it was so sudden.
“We express our sincere condolences and sympathy to you, the immediate family left behind and the entire illustrious Afolabi family.
“May God rest the gentle soul of the deceased and grant him eternal rest. Our thoughts are with you. Kindly accept our condolences" it concluded.
