Harboursandport.com: Badagry, Lagos – June 2, 2026: The Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, NSC, Pius Akutah, has joined other heads of federal government parastatals and agencies at the 14th Cohort of the Mandatory Training Programme for Chief Executive Officers, organized by the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, ASCON in Topo-Badagry, Lagos.
The programme, designed to strengthen leadership capacity among public sector executives, brought together chief executives from across government institutions to share insights on governance, reform implementation, and organizational efficiency.
Akutah’s participation underscores Shippers’ Council’s commitment to continuous learning and effective leadership in Nigeria’s maritime and transport sectors.
