A statement by the Commission yesterday noted that the creation of a portal became necessary as part of a drive to step up regulation of the industry in line with achieving the N1 trillion economy by President Tinubu.
The portal offers a streamlined and user-friendly platform for addressing all Insurance-related complaints.
“The Commission is urging the public to effectively utilise the platform to reach out to the Commission on all Insurance related complaints,” NAICOM said.
