The group alluded to this during the 2024 Customer Service Week, themed "Above and Beyond."
The Group Coordinating Director of SIFAX Group, Wunmi Eniola Jegede, stated during the grand finale of the week-long celebration that no business can thrive without the customers and the staff which are essential stakeholders.
“This week presents the company another good opportunity to celebrate our customers who have continued to keep our businesses going across all our subsidiaries.
"The customer is king, and we recognise the logic behind this popular saying. The customer determines whether a business survives or not through their loyal patronage or shifting to another business.
"That is the reason we have designed an exceptional customer experience that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers, either through our innovative products and services or experience.
"Through our different touchpoints, we strive at all times to satisfy their yearnings.
“Our staff are not left out of the celebration as we recognise the critical role they also play in the business through their commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to duties, which have made our customers keep coming back," she asserted.
The Group Head of Marketing and Customer Service, Catherine Abuah, stressed the value of providing excellent customer service. She urged staff members to see customer service as essential for both internal and external clients.
According to Catherine: “Exceeding customers' expectations and going extra mile is what sets us apart."
The Group celebrated Customer Service Week this year with a week-long celebration of excellence and dedication that included a range of funny events across all of its subsidiaries. Interactive discussions, workshops, and team-building activities were all part of the events. The festivities also featured medical tests, appreciation visits to significant clients, role-playing by senior executives, and health speeches.
