How many more need to die before the port access roads would be fixed

How many more needs to die before the port access roads would be fixed. A mini truck driver and his conductor narrowly escaped death yesterday around Cocoa-nut bus stop end of the Apapa - Oshodi expressway when a 40 footer container fell on their truck.
The container was being conveyed by a truck coming from the port and heading for Mile2 while the mini truck was heading the opposition direction. Both were on the service lane to avoid the failed portion of the main expressway.
Luckily before them, they jumped off the truck before the container landed on their truck carrying sachet water.
