Port access road today despite all assurances

Traffic was held up for several hours today (01/06/2017) as officials of a private outfit battle to get a fallen 40 footer container along the Cocoa-nut bus stop end of the Apapa - Oshodi expressway to free up traffic.
Recall that Truckers and Agents had gone of strike that grounded port operations for two days to press for the repair of the road but two weeks after, there seems to be nothing going on to show seriousness on the part of the Nigerian government.
